Meet the Maker
I asked an AI agent to build me. It took nine tries on Oct 12, 2026. Each try, it wrote a Blender script, rendered the result and looked at the pictures. Some fixes were its own. The last two came from my notes. Here is every version, with its picture, its numbers and a recording of the agent at work.
The request Maybe you can make a blender of me for the game and the assets. I can wear some adventure clothing. I am 6 feet, 220 and athletic build.
It is a game character, not a portrait. Built by a script an AI agent wrote in Blender. Dave looked at it and asked for changes, and versions 8 and 9 came from his notes. You can watch it being made, from a recording.
Spin the newest version in 3D.

Every version, oldest first
Each version is a new script run from nothing, so nothing in it was edited by hand. The words under each picture come from the Lab’s own notes for that version.

Version 1
Maybe you can make a blender of me for the game and the assets. I can wear some adventure clothing. I am 6 feet, 220 and athletic build.
-

Version 2
Widen chest, shoulders, arms and legs for an athletic build; widen the head and jaw; remove cheek balls; fix the crotch tab; tighten the hero framing; trim triangles.
-

Version 3
Make the head bigger and the jaw wider; lower the shoulder caps so the neck shows; open the eyes a bit; frame the hero shot closer.
-

Version 4
Fix the hero framing so the whole figure fits; slightly round the shoulders.
-

Version 5
Reviewer's notes, comparing v4's front view with Dave's photo: (1) The shoulders are square and boxy, about 0.6 m across with the sleeves; make them rounded and sloping (the trapezius slopes down from the neck), about 0.52 m across the deltoids, and taper the…
-

Version 6
Make the stubble clearly darker gray so skin shows through and the jaw shape reads, hug the skin even closer, shorten the mustache, and round the shoulder tops with a steeper slope from the neck.
-

Version 7
A realistic human. Replace the script-built toy figure with a person made in MPFB (MakeHuman's free Blender add-on): a male body set to Dave's numbers (1.83 m, athletic), a realistic skin with pore detail, eyes, white brows and…
-

Version 8
Make the realistic Dave ready to go public. (1) The vest was a military tactical vest with magazine pouches, and Dave is an overlander: remove the pouches, magazines, flaps, buckle straps and D-rings and fill the black MOLLE webbing mesh with plain olive…
-

Version 9 newest
No beard at all (Dave: lose the beard altogether). Both beard shells and their pictures are removed, and the skin under them is the plain skin picture again (no stubble tint), so the face, jaw and neck are clean-shaven.
