Deep State

Deep State is a free, fictional strategy game you play in your browser. You are a newly elected reformer with one four-year term, sixteen quarters, to find and dismantle the hidden nodes of a permanent bureaucracy called the Machine. Each quarter you plan your moves, spend limited political capital and watch debt, the vote and public heat. No sign-up, nothing to install.
